Being lactose intolerant, yogurt was never on my list of foods I wanted to try. Oh, I’ve eaten yogurt many times, endured discomfort, but never did I find anything about it that would call it exceptional. Recently, I had oral surgery and needed to eat soft foods for several days. I noticed Yami lactose free yogurt and gave it a try. I am extremely happy I did. The taste, the texture, the everything about it put it on a plateau all by itself. What a delicious treat. But wait, there’s more. I occasionally have a bit of ice cream (I take Lactaid when I do) and I found that when I have your yogurt within the previous 24-hours, I have no problem with digestion. Apparently there’s enough of whatever you do to make it lactose-free that it works like Lactaid, only better. Yami is my new favorite snack. Thank you so very much.
